Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unless they are from the same household, no. Every walk, visit, and adventure is one on one, allowing me to give your pet my full attention and tailor the experience to what they need.

    Group outings are not offered as a standard service. However, if your dog has a well-matched companion you’d like them to enjoy a walk or adventure with, I am happy to discuss personalized arrangements.

  • Not necessarily!

    Many clients provide a key, lockbox code, garage code, ect after the meet and greet. We will discuss whatever arrangement works the best for you and your pet.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service will receive a full refund.

    Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to the full service fee.

    Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • Yes, SophieWalks is fully insured, and I am certified in Dog & Cat CPR.
